At Choice Awareness Management, we assist in helping our clients learn by providing reference materials which will help them understand our concepts, ideas, processes and disciplines.
The sources have been include to give you an sense of how deep these reference can take you.
The links are intended to allow our students to explore and ponder subjects to support excellence, performance, integrity, accountability, participation, strategy, etc.
1. Training Topics and Reference Sources
The references listed below were used in one of our SMB Leadership training courses, called the Mid-Level Manager Education Project SOW1.
The intention of the project was to teach leadership fundamentals in an eight week high-intensity full day sessions. The sessions included both Group Huddles and Individual Coaching Conversations.

2. Other Topics
The references listed below were used in one of our SBO Leadership training courses, called the Mid-Level Manager Education Project SOW2. The intention of the project was to continue to teach leadership fundamentals with high-intensity full day sessions, spanning one year. The sessions included both Group Huddles and Individual Coaching Conversations.
